Well, I can't read your mind either.
Post in the forum though and I'll give it a go.
Javier,
You only need "ghs.google.com", and a "CNAME" record from your DNS Host.

You do have to purchase DNS Hosting on your own, as Blogger does NOT include that.

Having purchased (arranged) DNS Hosting, you will NOT need to setup "NS" records. Those are provided by your DNS Host.

Hi, I would just like to share with any UK readers that UK Reg, which partner with Fasthosts, do not support CNAME changes.
"CName record changes are not currently available using Fasthosts. However, you can change a domain's A-record, enabling you to host your email and website separately"
Haven't yet done research to see if I can do the A record thing, as it has taken me 2 hours just to get this far. Sob. Jennifer
Jennifer,
My experience is that if you can't do a "CNAME" then an "A" won't help you. An "A" can only be used against an IP address, and you need to target "ghs.google.com", not 64.233.179.121" (among many possibilities).
Thanks for the quotation from the ISP. I bet we will see a few more from other Bloggers once this gets started in volume.
Thanks for the post - it's helpful. :)
Have a question for you - I already have a blog setup using FTP as the publishing option, but I want to change it to use a custom domain (for the Page Elements feature and Layouts feature). I know how to setup the custom domain, but will the posts and labels transfer correctly? Can you forsee any problems?
Your advice is greatly appreciatd! :)
You can republish your Blogger blog, at any time, to any acceptable URL. Given no other problems, both posts and comments will transfer together.
